Hi All,
We've got a bunch of new pictures to show. First off are some from
Easter. It snowed Easter morning - a little strange for us, but the
kids didn't seem to mind - it didn't stop them from finding Easter eggs!
Also, I posted some pictures from our trip to Kauai. A much needed
break for Lisa and I to celebrate her birthday. It was a different
kind of vacation for us as we incorporated some pretty strenuous hiking into
the mix - the Colorado lifestyle is definitely rubbing off on us...

Hi Everyone,
I've fallen a bit behind in putting up pictures. I'm finding that
we have to take pictures in order to post them! Here are some pictures
from today. We finally got the kids out snowshoeing. It's been
really windy up in the mountains, but it finally calmed down enough this
weekend to get Logan and Hannah out on a new adventure.
We took them up to Bear Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. It's
a short hike around the lake, which was a good beginner's start with
snowshoeing. The kids did great. A few tumbles here and there,
but overall they just strode right along. Hannah was the biggest
surprise of the day - she made it look like she's been snowshoeing all her
life - she was just chugging along so naturally. Must be the Norwegian
in her or something. Crazy to watch her go. She was also talking
to us today about her rock climbing class and how she wanted to start
climbing a mountain. I pointed over to one and said, "Like this one,
Hannah? You want to climb up the rock face of this one?" I saw
the expression on Lisa's face (fear), and Hannah said, "No Daddy, bigger!"
We're in trouble...
