December

Christmas was fun this year with Grandma and Grandpa Hovey.  Looks like we didn't actually snap a shot of them though.  You'll see their arms and legs in some of these pictures as evidence they were here.  Mom and Dad, send me some pictures if you've got some from Christmas!

December started out with activities to get everyone in the spirit.  Lisa won a drawing with the city of Westminster to have the fire department drive Santa in a big fire truck to come visit our house to find out what everyone wanted for Christmas.  We got to have 10 kids here and it was just a blast.

We had our annual neighborhood Christmas Party, which was a lot of fun this year.  One of the  traditions is to have horse and carriage rides through the neighborhood.  The best part was when Logan asked the driver, "So, how many crashes have you had with your horses?" Our friends still get a kick out of that.  Hannah had her program from school.  She was very excited because she was given the responsibility for carrying baby Jesus.  A really big deal!

Of course, what's Christmas without opening all the presents???
